Hi,
I just acquired a jobo 2521 tank. The tank did not come with a center core. It's that tall cylinder that keeps the tank light tight. Can I make this core using parts from the hardware store? If so, how does one go about doing it? To be honest, I'd rather buy one. Given the scarcity of this spare part, I don't think its possible. I suppose my other option is to pour the chemicals in the dark. Thanks in advance.

the part of most difficult to get one

The center tube (spine) is the most difficult part to get one for jobo items. It is quite simple to make one if you are pretty handy. or you can buy another tank such as 2551(3), 2561(3) and their center tube are multiple tubes that connect together. The bottom one is the same as 2521 or 2523 one. I will send you a jobo catalog which gives you a clear picture.

Hello Originalphoto,
Thanks for the offer. It would be great if you can send me the page with a picture of the part. Jobo's website has a picture of four center tubes side-by-side, but the photos are not very clear.

Thanks, Robert. I do not see any order form on Jobo's website. So, I filled out the contact form requesting for more information. I would still like to pursue the DIY alternative just in case.
