You can use 600ml of solution, which will allow for any slight variation from dead flat. With 570ml you are guaranteed to cover all film only if the processor is perfectly flat. There is a very slight error factor built in with the 570ml figure, but with the extra 30ml taking you up to 600ml you should be sure all of your film will be covered and be developed properly.
Ilford sold 600ml B&W developing kits in countries where Jobo were strong, specifically for this tank combination. I myself developed many rolls of film in my Jobo CPE2 processor with this combination and using 600ml of solution.
