Jensen Optical and Durst Repair

There have been some 'possible issues' talked about on APUG re Jensen Optical and Durst enlargers. I just want to say that my recent experience with Jens has been most positive. My Multigraph 1200 is on it's way back to me after an extensive repair due to being exposed to humid conditions by the previous owner. To effect a repair required parts that were only available from Asia. Altho expensive I believe that things were handled very professionally with frequent communication back and forth. Also Jens sent photos of the repair process thus documenting the corrosion. If you are wondering whether your unit would be best served travelling to Oregon and Jensen Optical I can give an unqualified thumbs up.
