Hi, i just acquired the aforementioned Japo, and i dont know how to replace the apron! Anybody out there who has the manual or can tell me how to take out and replace the apron will earn my eternal gratitude! =D

ah! but its working!!! well, apart from the slow roller that makes me load it by hand, thus defeating the appelation "Auto dryer". oh, and the patchy apron which needs replacing...=P apart from that, it works!! its meant for 20x24 prints, so its a HUGE mother!!!

Why not just lay that print on a big window screen and hit it with a strong leaf-blower! :D

I wish i could! But since i work the darkroom at night, a gale-force blower would wake up the household, and probably the whole neighbourhood! +P

i probably need to disassemble a lot of screws - a pity since i was hoping i could it with some guidance instead of jumping blind...
