I don't follow it closely but it appears that the only full frame 28mm lens from a mirrorless digital camera is that from the Leica Q , ie there does not seem to be an adaptable mid price 28 mm lens.

Olympus had a compact 28mm lens in 1985 with the XA4. Brilliant little street camera and not overly expensive even today.
