I am thinking a DIY swing camera with janpol lens on 120 film like noblex or widelux.
-Does Janpol covers 6 cms long slit?
-Is there any advantage to use janpol color filters as bw yellow , red or green , orange filters ?

Janpol, I remember these things from 50 years ago. I really don't know how they worked. If the filters are good I would think it would cover??? Are these dichroic filters? Never tried this lens.

The drawback with Janpol lenses I would think using it on a camera is they don't have a diaphragm so there is no way of adjusting exposure via the lens only the camera shutter. Also you don't get the benefit of increased definition or depth of field if they cannot be adjusted.

Is this a question about the JanPol enlarging lenses with built in colour printing filters?
