I don't know who is making the new Rollei colour neg material which lacks an orange mask. .

Oh, that would be Agfa Gevart in Belgium. This is one of several color negative emulsions they make on unmasked base for their aerial photography market. The only innovation Roelli/Maco is doing is finishing it in 35mm size. They also make a Color Transparency film in their aerial film division. This could also be finished in 35mm (as a custom job).
