Is this the result of condensation?

hello folks,

I never had any problems with black and white development but recently i had 3 rolls of fomapan 100 with annoying white spots on them. Here is how that looks like:

I am guessing that it is condensation, because the image is a little fuzzy on these spots and the shape looks like it is from some chemical that sat on the film but I am not sure of this. I let the film warm up ~2hours before breaking its seal to prevent condensation.
Now I am asking: has anyone had similar problems with their film and can confirm or deny that the cause is condensation?
I also included a shot of light reflected off of the emulsion (of a different negative). It almost looks like something is sticking on it but i cant feel anything and I also can't wash it off.

If a tank and reel were used, some of the film might have stuck to itself some time during development or fixing .

That's what it looks like to me also. Are you using metal reels? If so, are any of them warped a tiny bit or have any bends? Are you developing with 120 or 220 reels? The latter are much more difficult to load.

See that face in the upper left blob? I'm not saying that it's aliens... But it's Aliens!

Since the splotches look darker when printed it means that those areas were deprived of developer. While I do not think that there was contact between rounds of film on a reel I do think that the film was buckled and it trapped chemistry and a bubble or two so that agitation only partially helped.

If the film had really been touching then the areas would be ugly and both undeveloped and not fixed to clear. Don't ask me how I know this.

film jumped out of track and touched. Every wrap, push& pull to see that film is loose. If it jumped, it will not move easily.
