Is this Rodenstock 90 APO correct for the 45MX?

I bought this 90 APO and I am wondering if it is correct for my 45MX since the rear of it is a bit different than other APO 90's.

Is this going to work or will it have to be like the other one in the photo on the lens board? ( not mine )

It is very well posible that you can remove the ring pointed to.
With the ring you will need less bellows, without more.

Ah, good to hear. I now have a 50 and a 90 APO to go with my 150 5.6, I think I am set now for what I need to do in the dark..:smile:

I think that is an older model. Very fine lens. Check the Rodenstock info for serial numbers to find date of manufacture.
