Is this negative carrier the same as the #8070?

I'm having a devil of a time finding a 6x7 negative carrier for my 23CII. I just lost out on one that was reasonably priced in Ebay.
The carrier that the 23C series takes is a model #8070 for 6x7 negatives.

However, I keep seeing this one on ebay and it's reasonably cheap and looks the same.

My question is: is it the same? Same diameter? Same pins and such so that it would work just like the 8070?

According to the list here the Beseler 2434RN negative carrier is for 2.25" x 3.25" (6 x 9cm) format.

This is a carrier for the Beseler 45 enlargers.

The eBay ad misidentifies it as 6 X 7cm.
