Is this lens cover 11 x 14 format?

Is somebody knows if this lens cover 11 x 14? For all the cells?

Hi Norm,
That's me selling the lens, I sent you a message saying I don't think it's suitable for 11"x14", not enough room for movements and it'd be soft on the edges.
