These are excellent shots. He retains the kids' apparent nightmarish perspective which kids take in their stride but adults worry about - usually without cause. A gnome climbs the stairs or a teddy bear talks when adults aren't around. Taking such pictures nowadays would probably get him arrested as a potential pervert. A sad reflection of the time we live in

Wonderful stuff.

Or sued for royalties. Always liked his work which was often featured in magazines of the time. Thanks for the memories.

I bought his book 'Fantastic Voyage - Photographs 1956-2000' a few years ago and it's a gem. I'll be looking at it again I think!
