Assuming the paper proves to be good...
Best thing to do is fit your negatives to it. Overdevelop your film.
But under expose the negatives to compensate.

) with negative film, paper is developed to completion, and not much can be done to change its contrast. Yes, I've printed on it--main problem is fog. Actually, I can get about 1 contrast grade more out of it by using my mighty Durst Micromat 35mm enlarger--it has a near-point light-source bulb; I forgot about that! It's not nearly as merciless re: negative defects as a true point-light would be. Thanks, everyone.
