Is there any medium format mechanical camera being manufactured today?

Are you sure, John? I ask because I went to Arax' site, such as it is. As far as I can tell Arax is selling overhauled rebadged Kiev cameras as new. They're not actually making cameras and seem to start with cameras whose histories are unknown. See, e.g., http://www.araxphoto.com/cameras/how/

it is a body that has never been used from the old keiv factory,
completely overhauled and rebuilt from the studs and sold like new-ish.

Kenko Professional Imaging still lists the Horseman SW612, SW612P and SW617 cameras on their website in Japan. However, I don't know whether they are still in production.

In their latest price list, dated Sept 1, 2018, in addition to the Techno and the M670cs, which can accept roll film holders, Linhof still lists the Technorama 612pcII, Technorama 617sIII, and Technikardan S 6x9 cameras.

EDIT: Forgot the Chinese cameras:
* Dayi 6x12, 6x17, 6x24
* Gaoersi 6x12, 6x17, 6x24
* Shen Hao 6x17 and 6x24 view cameras
* Fotoman still lists 6x9, 6x17 and 6x24 cameras on their website - I don't know which if any of these are still in production

As I already said, the Hy6 comes closest to what generally is thought of a classic MF camera.

I had no idea these were being made again until I read your post. It seemed we'd lost them for good after DHW Fototechnik went under a couple of years back. It's good to see that some former employees have started up the machines again. Unfortunately they are way out of my price range. Unless I win the Euro Millions tonight of course. I reckon I'm in with a pretty good chance. ;-)

With each crisis the non-industrial camera manufacturing part of what once was Rollei got smaller. A great deal or most of the assests of DHW was auctioned. Seemingly some parts and tools ended at the new entity. They are making/assembling Hy6 cameras and respective lenses.

Considering that 135 format SLRs started to abandon mechanically timed shutters almost 50 years ago, it started to become difficult to find a 'fully mechanical' SLR back 30 years ago!
