Is the Kodak Developer/Starter LORR intended to be used with the Flexicolor developer and replenisher?

@reelquickfilmlab here's what you need to mix to make a 1L of working solution for your JOBO:

• 860ml of the developer replenisher, which you have to mix per instructions on the box
• 18ml of LORR developer starter
• Add water to make 1L

I have been using Flexcolor with Jobo for at least 8-10 years now. I mix 5L LORR solution, and add the appropriate amount of Starter + water and keep them in glass jars. Works great for me. Here's a latest scan

Hmmmm. I think its well past confusing, full into the bamboozlement zone.
I'm just glad my negs turn out after trying to interpret it.
