Completely wrong (and majorly f'ed up) way to look at it. It has nothing at all to do with one's self-assessment.

It has everything to do with the peace of mind that comes from having a reliable tool with which to persue one's goals.

I am very happy that Sover serviced my cameras, but that was before the extended wait times.
I have been extremely happy with site sponsor Zacks camera repair work, and would send the camera to him now.

Yes, he has become my "go to" guy for repairs.
6 or 7 at this point.

He fixed the light leak in my M5 that none of the big name Leica experts could. And he’s not even a Leica specialist!. If he can do that, I’d very happily send him an F2.

Cool, it‘s exciting to finally have the camera on its way. My wait time was about 22 months but it went by pretty quickly.

Just a quick 2024 update………Sover still going strong……I just sent my F2 up to him for servicing……new price list but still great value in my opinion to get a classic serviced.
