Is minoxit.com no longer up?

I was looking at getting my minox b back up and running and tried to check out this site. Minoxit.com
the site does not seen active. Has it gone down?

The domain 'minoxit.com' is up for sale. This means it's presently not registered by anyone. The site may still be up on a different address. There are cached copies on archive.org; e.g. there's one here: https://web.archive.org/web/20161127065436/https://minoxit.com/ There may be later versions as well. The most recent cached copy just shows an error page.
