Is Kodak shipping XTOL yet ?

If you've received the new batch of Kodak Sino Promise XTOL developer, can you please tell us ( and the country you're based in ).
I'm in the UK and there seems no signs of it yet !

I’ve received nothing yet. And somehow, retail stores here on the west coast have all restocked the new Xtol. I love how I’m still waiting for replacement product (which I paid for 6 months ago!) but shops have it on the shelf, ready to buy.
No more Kodak chemistry for me. F*ck ‘em.

New batch has been shipped for many but not from Sino NoPromises. I think I got new batch in old bags and someone got new batch in new bags (Sino Promise text in label).

I was able to buy a bag from Freestyle Photo in the US with the new bag and Sino labeling. I haven't received any of the replacements yet though.
Sino replied to an email inquiry stating the replacements have been slated, but there is no estimated shipping date.
