people like me, who compete in target archery with traditional equipment, are bombarded with theories about "dominant eye".... yes, one eye is dominant but if a pirate-style eye patch is worn on one of the eyes, the other eye is almost always as good or better. one alternative is simply to close what they think of as their dominant eye. easy solution to what is usually a non-problem. Olympian rifle-competitors also wear an eye patch.
