I'm a horrible exposure note taker and I started experimenting using Evernote for exposures. What I did was create one note with data type of my film exposure, then duplicate the note as a stationary pad to record my exposures.

Pocket Light Meter app now can record notes to Evernote. Once in Evernote, you can tweak the note accordingly. With Evernote, you can geotag your shot and have your exposure notes synced to other devices.

That's indeed pretty handy, and on android ?
I'm kind of like snapguy (love the comment btw), working with the sunny 16 rule and looking a my negs side way like "damn, something went wrong" but in the mean time why would you note your exposures ? It isn't going to change much, is it ? I just note what development i need for the roll on the roll in general. I'm interested ...

I tried three different light meter apps on my android smartphone and deleted them they were all two stops out from my Gossen Digipro meter on a Kodak Grey Card that I know is accurate.

Yeah, it depends on you phone, my Galaxy Note is accurate to a 1/4 of a stop.
