Hi there, i hope my work will not offend somebody, because in my heart all i do is to make emotional captures of a woman body, with aesthetic first principle. Here is my recent work, i would love some feedback and different points of view. I am shooting from one year with film only and this is my first attempt in act photography. Thanks in advance. Photos are made with folder cameras ISKRA and Voightlander Bessa I (pre 1940) on a Ilford HP5 400 and developed with R09.

Welcome to APUG. I think you're did well for a first nude shoot. 1 and 5 are my favorites. Just too bad that you we can't see her whole face in the mirror in the first photo. I find that the mirror doesn't work so well in 2. In 5, I like the contrast of the "zebra sheet pattern" with the nude body. You may want to experiment a bit more with this sheet and different poses. I'll keep an eye on your blog.

Thanks for the feedback, i feel the same about the mirror. For me also picture with zebra pattern is what is worth at the moment. She is not professional model but she has potential and she liked the experience so far. I will post more shoots soon.

nice work !
it has a 1940s aesthetic , even the bright light in the 3rd view !
the only one that i have trouble with is the teddy bear. it seems very out of place
in a series that is formal (shows line and form ) ...
the rest of the work, even the mirrored images, are very nice.

good luck!

I admit. Teddy Bear was bad idea, but its done for non visually educated audience. I have more from this session and will post soon here. Thanks all for your feedback.

Thanks. Here is the second part of this session. Tools used: Nikon FM2n with Nikon 50mm f/1.8 AI on Rollei 400 Infrared, no filters, R09. I hope you like it.
