Does anyone have a copy or know where I can obtain a copy of an instruction guide for removing and replacing the bellows on my 12x20 korona?

Thanks
Gary

I don't think you'll find any kind of instruction guide for that.

On many old cameras, the bellows is attached to a wooden frame at either end, and the frame is screwed at the front into the lensboard frame and at the back into the filmholder carrier frame. You just need to remove the screws, and it comes out, and then you can send it to a company like Camera Bellows UK, which I've used, and they will build a new bellows on the old frames, and they can make new frames if the old ones are damaged. If you're ambitious, you can also try building your own bellows.

Gary, you might try Jim at Western Bellows in Ontario (area) CA.

He's working on (he better be) my 8x10 Master View bellows now..

He had an old set for a 12x20 laying there that I assumed was for replacement.
So he has the pattern.

Thanks David and Matt.
Matt, that is what precipitated my post. I have spoken to Jim and I need to take the frame and old bellows to him, but I can't figure how to remove it. The frame appears to be nailed into the camera back and the lens board mount. Unless the screws are covered in black paint I don't see them. I think I will take a magnet and run it along the frame accounting for each nail and maybe a few screws.

Thanks Again

Gary
