Instruction manual for a Vivitar DF-283 flash?

I just bought a Vivitar DF-283 flash for Nikon. Dick Butkas doesn't have a manual for this and I can't find one anywhere online

Can anybody help-It'd a DF-283-NOT the regular 283 flash!

sorry;threw two of them out with their flashes; too old to worry about them any longer.

It is from about 2010.

I have a similar problem. I lost my manual for my Nikon SB 26 and now I can't find it on the Nikon download site. Any ideas?
