The last program that I see on the website is dated Feb. 12.

Has it been discontinued?

I was wondering the same. The podcast was of rather varying interest but some of the interviews were worthwhile. Not so keen on the irritating identikit wedding photographers / "journalists" blathering on about overexposing Fuji 400H.

Scott is still doing interviews. I talked to him recently on the phone. In fact, he has two of mine in-edit.

FilmPhotographyProject.com, also known as the Film Photography Podcast, is very much active and posts new episodes generally twice per month.

Yes, Inside Analog Photo has been inactive for quite a while, and Film Photography Forecast has only had one episode in a few months, a follow-up to an earlier episode spotlighting World Pinhole Photography Day.

Inside Analog Photo has not gone anywhere... We have been working on a very important project that will be announced in the next 24 hours. This new project has a tie-in with the radio program. Once I voice new intro & out segments I will let go a ton of new programming starting this week. And as Ron has said I have 2 interviews in the can with him and over 20 more as well including Ilford. As to the Wedding / PJ photographers, this is the ONLY segment of the market which is growing. That market segment is what a LOT of our listeners want to her from, as well as our sponsors. If it where not for the wedding / PJ people you would of not seen the new films that have been released from from Kodak in the past few years.

Thanks

so that's who we can blame for the demise of 160/400VC!

rat bast@rds!

just kidding, I still have a stash to use up, but I'm not liking the low contrast look of the 160 "Portra" now though...

My iTunes will be waiting, i just hope there isn't several hours of programs released all at once, I like to be able to listen to these things one at a time then take a break, I am not a marathon listener.

What's 'PJ' people? Pajama people, or something else?

P(hoto) J(ournalist), and some of them are 'something else'.

 I think abbreviations gain something for a few people, but usually detract from those that are not knowledgeable of them. I work in a company that literally has a library of all the abbreviations that are used in finance and business talk. There are over 3,000 of them.

Anyhow, thanks for bringing the show back on the road!

I understand how you feel about the contrast. Ektar 100 is the same way. The reason its set that way is because with a lower contrast its easier to scan and when your using a hybrid environment you have much more control with a lower contrast negative. Sense most film is scanned it just makes more sense for Kodak to lower the contrast with the new films.

Even if your not a Wedding Photographers and or Photo Journalist you can still learn a lot from them.

I am anxiously awaiting for the new shows.

Just wondering what is happening with the podcast? Any announcement of the project you mentioned earlier, Scott? Look forward to new episode.

What one needs is a LOAAA.

If you have a LOAAA, you do not need one to look it up.

So Thomas, you work for the government that seems to have several hundred persons employed to develop oxymorons, abbreviations and, accronyms.
