Here's a detailed perspective on a recently discontinued inkjet paper from Moab. I'm sure this was a beautiful glossy paper.

I don't use glossy papers like this because anything I hang will be framed with glass...gloss behind glass seems conflicted.

I have come to rely on Red River Aurora paper, which is a particularly beautiful matte/mat.

Red River paper and Moab paper companies are both dedicated primarily to art-oriented photographers.

Moab was one of the first paper companies to target art-oriented inkjet printing, beginning with their famous Entrada, which is still available in "White" (bright) or "Natural" (warm) versions.
