I stop by this website every once-in-a-while. Tonight I found they have a good article with the results of their independant testing of the new Kodak B&W films. Its worth reading, especially if you are in a worry concerning development or the "look" of the revised films.

Just a personal opinion from these tests, looks like good ol' Tri-X may have actually improved rather than suffered from the changes made to the emulsion.
