I'm proud of this production. Tips for when I enlarge?

Really pleased with my photo attached, which is of a Quayside down in Devon, taken with my Hasselblad 501CM and 80mm CB lens with Lee Filters and Fuji Acros 100 about 2 minutes before it absoloutely threw it down with rain!

Am hoping to get a poster sized print done by my lab (I can't do large prints myself). Any tips for when I send the negative off to the lab to direct them for the best results? The scan attached is a 'standard' quick scan done by the lab of the whole roll so I expect a proper print to look amazing.

You could make a smaller print and bring that to the lab to make the large one based on your own. This will also help you see what can be expected from the negative.

I would definitely make your best possible print at a size you can make (8x10-ish would be sufficient) complete with all the burns and dodges you would employ, and send it along as a guide print. If you really want to be helpful, also include a straight print with no burns and dodges, but mark on it where you want burning and dodging done, and how much (ie 1/2 stop burn, 1 stop dodge).

I can't do large prints myself

Can you do small prints? If so make one the way you want and ask them to duplicate it. Are you able to be there when they print it?

Labs do best when they have a guide print. Usually they welcome it.

Yes... Just tell them to make it look awesome!
