Kudos to Ilford. I recently ran into a small problem with one of their products and wrote their site asking if any one else had had this problem. They not only acknowledged that there had been a small glitch in a production line They are sending me a whole brick of the film totally out of the blue. Now that’s a company that cares about their customers and just one more reason I have stayed with them for years. I spent over 40 years in Graphic Art as a color separation camera man and believe when a Kodak product gave you grief it was never Kodak’s fault. Even to the point of saying that the pressure negative density marks on their latest released pan lith film back in the late 60’s , "that the customers would just have to get use to it". The customers in question were ad agencies placing ads in national publication. like that was going to happen.! We switched brands and never saw another yellow box in our shop. I’m sure others have similar horror stories about great Yellow father..
