hello everyone. for customs purposes, i need information on this developer ingredients, can someone help me with this? ( my bottles have been retained in customs )

If you can buy 'ordinary' developer locally, then source some potassium bromide.

It is a dry ingredient, and keeps forever, albeit turning into a block periodically.

Add a few grams per litre of working strength developer, and you will get the equivalent of warmtone commercial developers.
