Ilford Rapid Proper Dilution

I am using Ilford Rapid Fixer. The instructions are poor. In some places they show 1:4 dilution. In others 1:3. This is for fiber paper. Which is right?

Thanks. I hope my previous use at 1:3 (I just noticed this conflict in my last session) doesn't mean I'll have problems with my previous prints down the line. Hopefully not...overstrong fixer perhaps but I do use washaid and an archival washer for an hour afterwords.
