Ilford Multigrade 100H enlarger head

I've stumbled across references to the Multigrade 100H head - is this akin to the 500 series but smaller?

What sort of bulbs does it take?

I know this is an old post, but I was wondering if you found any information regarding the Ilford 100H? I came across one recently without a manual and would like to find more info myself, pr feravly a manual for it.
