I have a quick question. I usually rate my Fp4 at 64 rather than 125. I've been developing in HC-110 and XTOL, but today I picked up a bottle of Ilfotec Dd-X. Ilford had developing times for fp4 rated at 50 as well as 125, but nothing for for rated at 64. It calls for 8 minutes when rated at 50 and 10 minutes when rated at 125. Can I just add another 30 seconds onto the time when rated at 50 and develop for 8:30? Thanks for any replies.

The extra 30sec is about 6% more than the Ilford ecommendation for ISO 50 so I doubt it will make much if any difference. I once had to develop a roll of Delta 100 and Delta 400 together in DDX and since the 400 had more important images I used the time for it. Both rolls came out fine and were easily printed on multigrade paper.
