Ilford filter holder

Hi everyone
Anyone can help check the ilford 3 thread holder can be used for nikkor 150mm f5.6(52mm filter size)?
I think the holder can be fixed on the lens barrel, But I'm not sure whether the holder will block the edge of the lens
