Many happy returns of the day, Simon! All the very best!

To anyone considering the tour I'd say, "Go!" I was on the last one and it was a brilliant experience. Everyone at Ilford was extremely friendly and helpful and the scale of the operation and the attention to detail was a real eye-opener. (The pies were superb too!)

I'm going to hang back on this one to let people who haven't been before have the benefit of the "Ilford Experience", but I do heartily recommend it to anyone who can attend. Some shots from the last one can be found (there was a url link here which no longer exists).

I have been hoping for a return of the Ilford tour.
Put me down as interested.

And Happy Birthday, Simon.

Wished I could go, but I guess I'd have to wait till I visit England if I do get a chance to tour Europe in the future.

Oh, definitely put me down, please - and as I'm only the other side of the Pennines, it's practically next door compared to some...!

Yes please, I'd love to see the factory.

I've visited before, many years ago, as part of my day job - but I never got a factory tour!

Such a shame it's not a few days earier. I'd really love to come and only live a couple of miles away, but I will be working in Germany that day. Oh well. I can hope that there will be a next time.

I'd like to see how these products are developed and made. I also live quite close, in Lancashire. The Cheshire border control may let a few through for this event. I certainly want to visit, I just have to fit the dates and times in.
