Ilford chemistry for Efke R25/Adox CHS25?

Has anyone tried developing Efke R25/Adox CHS25 in Ilford Ilfosol-S or DDX?

I've just exposed a roll of CHS25 on 120 and I've only got DDX or Ilfosol in the darkroom!

Any suggestions for development time and agitation?

I dont know anything about either developer but I would recommend using a higher dilution (1:2 or greater) with this film.

Ilfosol should be fine.

I'm using Ifotec HC now for just about everything, after getting a lot of it for not all that much money. So far, no problems with anything.
