I am thinking of getting an Ilford 500 multigrade head for my Durst L1200. I saw a model 500N offered (it's mounted on a L1200), but I can't find any information online about this model, only the 500H. Does anyone know what the difference is between the 500H and 500N multigrade heads?

A typing error perhaps?

No, definetly not a typo, the model is printed clearly on the head (sorry for the poor quality pic, it's from eB** ...)

I think that the "N" was normal to differentiate the "H" which was 'high output'. I could be wrong, but that is my memory of the models. I have never seen an "n" in person, as everyone in the States seems to have the "H" model.

well I just bought the unit, so I guess I will find out soon enough about its qualities!

I`ve not seen a 500N before, I know it`s stating the obvious, but contact Ilford directly or p.m. Simon Galley.
