Hi, I hope Simon Galley doesn't mind me posting this but the Ilford direct shop is currently running a 20% discount offer off all products on their HarmanExpress shop, with some free delivery!

I have no affiliation with this other than a happy customer and I haven't seen much mention of this offer; we like discounts!

I am all in favor of better distribution of Illford products in Canada. If I want any HP5+ from Henry's I have to call ahead by a week for them to bring it in, otherwise they only keep a few rolls in Kanata, and make digital comments.

Can't complain about missing the the Xmas special, With the poor stock from the local folks, I did fill my fridge when Illford had the Buy one get one and Buy two get one specials, which I am still working on.

Feestyle this morning lists Kentmere 400 135-36 at US $4.89, that is GBP £3.11.
Harman Express lists the same K400 at GBP £3.82, with discount it goes to GBP £3.05.

We needed that discount to bring prices to US level.

A roll of 35mm Tri-X is £3.11 at B&H, after dollar conversion. The same thing at AG Photographic costs £4.58, plus whatever usurious rate the Royal Mail charges to carry it. We never get Freestyle Tri-X knockoffs, or any other bargain offers the US enjoy. The only film approaching good value here is Poundshop AgfaVista, aka Fujicolour 200 and 400. I suspect the clock is ticking on that stuff, so I bought a second fridge to store my stash.
