I prefer using a very inexpensive "space" blanket. Fits in one's pocket. Has a cool silver side, and a warm gold side.

Yes, I use 2x4feet insulator panels from home depot and other hardware stores. They have a bright white and a ripughed silver side.They are light and it is easy to DIYa wooden stand for them. Get a whole pack as they are cheap and have many uses.
