Idea for simple image blog

I saw a post somewhere where a guy wanted a simple image blog web page, wordpress etc. being something too hard.
I have worked up a simple page (fairly, still quite a bit of background code involved), but simple to use.
At the moment you upload an image and some blog text, then they all just run down the page from most recent to earliest.
I haven't done an install script yet, you need a unix server with mysql database and PHP, all very common.
have a peek if you are interested and any suggestions are welcome, you won't see the upload form as a guest.

Perhaps later there would have to be pagination and search etc. when the numbers get big.

I think what you've created looks quite good. Simple is best, always. But if Wordpress is "too hard" for some folks to learn to use, that's where resources like Flickr step in; it could hardly be simpler. The learning curve on Flickr is a shallow one.
