hi bert from holland,
i had 4, may 5 metro shelving units full of sheet + roll film and boxes + sleeves of paper.
and a small fridge with film as well .. most of it is shot now,
so there is hope !
you just need to always have a camera with you
always keep your eyes open for photographic moments ( even have photographic dreams )
and you wont' need another fridge, and soon you will need more film
best of luck !

Hi John, I couldn't agree more!
I always carry a simple shooter like a Olympus XA2 or Olympus Mju II in my pocket. If possible I bring a very small photo bag with a small camera like my Pen F, Leica M7, Nikon S2 or Nikon Fm3a with 45 mm pancake lens - or a pinhole camera naturally. And if I think I might pass a nice location during my (work) travels or expect some extra spare time, I'll bring a large bag with heavier cameras like my Mamiya C330f, Bronica SQ-B, Nikon F5 or Hasselblad SWC.
I'm glad that my health is (almost) restored and my work load is settling down, so I can return to my peaceful hobby again - roaming around shooting film and retreat into my darkroom for some days and start printing again. My motto still:
"
Have fun and catch that light beam"
I promised myself to shoot at least one shelf of the fridge before Autumn and develop at least half of that myself. I'm gonna plan 2 or 3 weekends to go out and shoot my old Russian friend, the FKD plate camera (18x24 cm). I also want to make my first lith print this Summer.
And I'm finally planning to finish my darkroom before the 1st of September this year - after having that put on hold for 2 years now. The major part is done, like placing the DeVere 8x10" and DeVere 5x4" enlargers. But I still need to fix the electra, lamps, chemical storage, paper safe, clear out too much stored goods, etc.
I also want to sort through all the cameras and lenses I have this year, to see what will stay and what will go. I don't mind many cameras but I can't shoot all and there are too many double systems, like Rolleiflex T1 vs. Mamiya C330f, like Rolleiflex SL66 vs. Bronica SQ-B, like Polaroid SX-70 vs. Polaroid SLR 680 and many, many 35 mm cameras, etc. I'm gonna shoot many test films to see what cameras and lenses I like best. The rest might have to find a happy home somewhere else through APUG before the end of the year.
This will be a good year !
