What troubles me here is the lack of room for beer.
You have a serious problem, amigo!
... until my fridge is (more) empty.
I bought me a 2nd hand fridge, to replace my old (smaller) freezer. I filled it up today with almost all my film.
It's about 750 films in there in all sizes, types and formats. I'm compiling a list of all the films to see what I've got/forgotten.
Hi John, I couldn't agree more!hi bert from holland,
i had 4, may 5 metro shelving units full of sheet + roll film and boxes + sleeves of paper.
and a small fridge with film as well .. most of it is shot now,
so there is hope !
you just need to always have a camera with you
always keep your eyes open for photographic moments ( even have photographic dreams )
and you wont' need another fridge, and soon you will need more film
best of luck !
john
Running low on freezer film can result in a catastrophic change to the world order, like the wife putting a frozen turkey in there.
I am awfully glad I bought a chest freezer for the garage and filled it with film and paper when I did. I saved a lot of money because the prices started going way up right after I did. A couple hundred rolls of Acros at 2.39 a roll, some hundreds of sheets of 8x10 tmax 400 at less than 4 dollars a sheet. Many boxes of Ilford warm tone 11x14 much cheaper. My wife was seriously irritated by my having over taken the freezer she like for food. Now I have my own and keep it at about 15 below zero.
Did OP kept his promise?
I don't think so. Some people are collecting and not using cameras. Some are doing the same with film.
