I think you did mention VP earlier but who counts? I too miss this film and hope ACROSS 100 is, at least similar. Others, color transpariency films, Agfa CT18 and Kodachrome 1. To me they ruined Kodachrome when it was changed to Kodachrome 25 and later. They went from a "pretty" film to "natural" colors which don't do much when haze in the sky is caused by water and not UV. Polarizing filters were/are the only answers. Not like Western skies that could be filtered with UV filters......Regards!

Kodachrome 10ASA and CT18 were just before my time, but I have slides taken by my late Father on both films...the Kodachromes definitely have a "prettier" look than later K25's. and the CT18 also has a distinctive "pallette" (some of these have slightly faded, others are still good...maybe variations in film batches or processing?)
Looking at my Dad's pics, sometimes the K25's greater accuracy of colour can look a bit bland, or maybe the slow speed of the earlier Kodachromes meant that most shooting had to be in brighter sunlight.
