I need a neck strap for Mamiya 330f - Favorites?

Hello all! I need a new neck strap for my Mamiya 330f. Being the heavy beast that it is, I would naturally like something that will make the load more comfortable. What are your favorites?

I use Nishika straps or Optech with the quick release clips and springy material that lightens the load by about 1/3. $10 or so.
On all my cameras.

Yeah, I really like those neoprene straps, like the optech for heavy cameras. They seem to magically lighten the load.
