has anybody have experience with this lens?

i have a carl zeiss jena ddr tessar f4.5 / 360 mm lens

it is a big lens
rear diameter is 4.25 inches

can anybody tell me if the mounting flange needs to be metric on this or us / imperial?

55 degree coverage (sometimes quoted as 60, though), giving 375mm IC (or 430mm for 60 degree).

Metric thread (M105x1) for the flange.

I have a 400mm/4.5 tessar. Similarly big. At close range though, it's got a bigger image circle as the lens is further from the film. I use it successfully with 14x17" film.
