...the Negatives came out GREAT! Yes - it can be done! D-76 for 13.5 minutes.
 
What dilution?
 
I'm surprised it wasn't too contrasty.
 
Who's to say it wasn't? I like high contrast.
'Little contrast given to PanF+ does it some good
 
I'm one to prefer lower contrast in the negative. Easier to go higher than lower later.
