Fixed grade, cold tone and responds to lith developer. I wonder who is making it? A new lith paper would be great as there are so few genuine choices out there.

That looks a lot like Sprint paper developer but I doubt they would do that.

I wonder if this is repacked "new old" stock from Fotokemika or even Foma, rather than something newly manufactured.

Well it is selling 5L of Ilford PQ developer at prices I haven't seen in the U.K. for several years and the so called rough grain FB paper in 5x7 for a 100 sheet box is at a price that is close to unbelievable - about £6.50.

We will need some U.K. APUGers who have been doing darkroom work for many years more than I have who may just about remember when FB paper was under £7 a box.

Anyone know when this was?
