Hi, first post on here!! I am trying to wind my film, I pressed the button on the bottom but when I went to wind it there was no tension at all. I went into a black room and opened it and the film had become detached from the roll thingy (not sure of the technical term to explain this). I’m fairly new to taking film pics so im not sure how to roll it back in? I’m on vacation right now so would love to be able to unload the film and load in some new film to get some nice snaps 🏝️⛰️☀️ so any help would be appreciated!

Do you mean you are trying to rewind the film ... but the film is no longer attached to the film cannister that it came out of?
If so, then you will have to remove the film from the camera by hand (of course in the dark), and then roll it up and put it into a black plastic film cannister holder that should be enough to keep it out of the light.
