I just looked at the Ilford datasheets online for HP5+ and noticed that they have times from the old XTOL data sheets (ie. from stock to 1+3 dilutions) .

I got here from the B&H Photo website. They show the same for FP4+. (these are the only two that I looked at, since these are the only two that I currently use across all three formats.)
Interesting, since Kodak (Alaris) doesn't include these times in their own developer data sheets.
