HP5 development questions

i looked up a guide on developing the HP5 film, i understand most of it, but i need a-little help with some terms they're using:

At Meter Setting:
EI 400/27 ILFOTEC HC (1+31) ID-11 (Stock)
EI 800/30 ILFOTEC HC (1+31) ID-11 (Stock)
EI 1600/33 ILFOTEC HC (1+15) MICROPHEN (Stock)
EI 3200/36 ILFOTEC HC (1+15) MICROPHEN (Stock)
Finest Grain ILFOTEC HC (1+15) PERCEPTOL
Maximum Sharpness ILFOSOL-S (1+9) ID-11 (1+3)
Maximum Film Speed ILFOTEC HC (1+15) MICROPHEN (Stock)
One-Shot Convenience ILFOSOL-S (1+14) ID-11 (1+3)
ILFOTEC HC-D MICROPHEN (1+3)
Economy ILFOTEC HC ID-11 (1+3)
ILFOTEC HC-D MICROPHEN (1+3)
Rapid Processing ILFOTEC HC (1+15)
Replenishable ILFOTEC HC

to my understanding the number before the forward slash represents the iso/film speed correct? I cant figure out what the number after the forward slash means.

Any help/advice is appreciated.

It's the DIN - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Film_speed#Current_ISO_system

No, it is just a different way of stating the film speed.
