Update:

I fixed my PC sync port. I purchased the replacement part from Bill at Mamiya Repair and installed it myself.

The replacement fits a pc sync cable like a glove and fires properly on all speeds.

Thank you to everyone that replied.

Update:

It took a few years but I finally got back around to posting the video I recorded of this repair when I did it in case anyone stumbles upon this and wants to try. This is a decent quality of life improvement even if your broken PC sync port still flashes because you get a more secure connection.
